Bendemeer

Bendemeer is a master planned rural community, located on rolling land above Lake Hayes in Queenstown. Baxter Design Group assisted Bendemeer with the full process of design.
This included master planning, the consent process, detailing and supervision through to completion. Making the most of the terrain, land shape and water was a must for this project.
Design included the layout of lots and roading, house positions, entry and gate detailing, courtyard detailing and exterior lighting and planning.
