Kawarau Falls Station

Kawarua Falls Station (KFS) is a large design project which Baxter Design Group is involved with the landscape design.
An extraordinary project that incorporates hotels, businesses, residential and shopping centres in a unique hub like design.  The Hilton Hotel chain has recently opened three hotels in the development.
The BDG landscape design covered all areas of the site from lake front to highway around all the many buildings within the complex.  A large central green roof covered a raised concrete platform which has brought the surrounding native bush down into the development combinded with native planting and selected rocks.
