Marine Parade, Queenstown

Marine Parade is located between a bridge which links Queenstown Gardens at one end and the Memorial Arch at the other.  It is adjacent to the town's central prime Lake Wakatipu edge and the jetties which serve all the tourist boats including the famous steamship Earnslaw.

BDG cleaned up Marine Parade with a collection of new street furniture including modern benches and formal modern custom built street lighting.  The existing safety fences were removed to give an open space feeling and narrow pathways were widened with a new stepped access to the lake front beach.
