Millbrook is a reputable and well-established golf resort near Arrowtown in the Wakatipu Basin.
Paddy Baxter has worked as a Landscape Architect with Millbrook since its conception, with Baxter Design becoming the sole Landscape Architects and Master Planners involved with the current expansion of Millbrook.
Working closely with a range of specialists, Baxter Design have assisted Millbrook through the conceptual design process to construction and detailing. Millbrook continues to expand to meet its planned capacity and Baxter Design provides a range of services, including the maintenance of the established rural character of Millbrook.
Baxter Design Group is also involved in the creation of design controls, the design of driving range facilities, ongoing upgrade work and the continuing consolidation of the Millbrook brand.
