Speargrass Flat Estate

Speargrass Flat Estate is a small collection of exclusive houses in the Wakatipu basin.  The development was designed within a small disused quarry and the area was extensively landscaped to resemble natural river terracing.  Each section within the Estate was uniquely designed and blended into the surrounding landscape to each Client's requests.
